Over the last 7 years, we were privileged to train more than 2000 adults in the workplace, and provided customized services to more than 40 government agencies and firms. We respond to requests for Corporate Training, Adult Education and Workforce Development. We provide training at your location, at our location, or online. For training at our location, your organisation can sponsor one or more individuals to attend. Alternatively, we can customise training for your organisation based on demand.

To provide personal and workforce development services through training and coaching.
Providing solutions and interventions that enable our clients in Government and Industry to address problems such as: Systems not functioning well due to lack of training and awareness of employees on their job roles and functions; Middle managers and Supervisors not having sufficient training, awareness nor skill in management, supervision and communications skills; frontline workers needing basic work-readiness skills. We have been building middle management and supervisory skills across government, private sector and NGO agencies to help them raise production and productivity. Clients come to raise standards in customer service. Through our certified courses, we teach staff essential principles in customer service delivery. Our firm was the first to deliver certified and international best practice principles to more than 1000 persons in Guyana. This is our product with the highest demand, which has been bought into by both government agencies and the private sector to assist in raising their bar in customer and client care.
